Submitting a Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on HostRanker in a way that constitutes infringement, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL on hostranker.site.
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Filing a Takedown Notice

To be actionable, a notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work, the exact URL of the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the same level of detail, including your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant and may restore the material after ten business days unless legal action is filed.

Repeat Infringers

Accounts and contributors that repeatedly submit infringing content are removed from the platform. Provider logos and editorial images are used for identification and review purposes; rights holders can request replacement artwork through the same channel.
